December 26, 2014 – Wadi Muhaisen negotiated a deferred judgment and sentence for a client who was accused of assault and domestic violence.  After successful completion of probation, Wadi’s client will be eligible to file a petition to seal her arrest and criminal records.

Wadi Muhaisen gets client’s Sexual Felony accusation Dismissed

Dec. 11, 2014 – Wadi’s client was charged with a very serious indeterminate sexual felony accusation, and was facing lifetime sex offender status.  Wadi worked hard to obtain a reduction to a deferred judgment misdemeanor with no jail.  After completion of probation, the client’s charge will be dismissed.

Wadi Muhaisen Clears Arrest Warrant for International Client

Dec. 8, 2014 – Wadi Muhaisen arranged for an out-of-country client to return to the United States and clear up an arrest warrant previously issued for the gentleman.  Wadi negotiated a plea-agreement that permitted the Client to immediately leave Colorado and serve his probation sentence at home.
