Wadi Muhaisen Secures Immigration-Friendly Deferred Judgment for Client
Wadi’s client was accused of domestic violence. Wadi prepared investigation reports and mitigation information for the prosecutor, who eventually agreed to a deferred judgment to a less serious crime.
