Mark Malone and Wadi Muhaisen Win Trial for Local Company

Centennial, CO – The Plaintiff was an area company that sued Muhaisen Law’s clients for over $770,000.00 and sought closure of their business (and loss of their livelihood.) Following many months of litigation and a five-day trial to the Court in the Arapahoe County District Court between August 28, 2018 and September 4, 2018, Mark Malone and Wadi Muhaisen obtained a full victory for their business and individual clients. The Court found against the Plaintiffs and for Muhaisen Law’s clients on all of Plaintiffs’ claims, including:

1. Misappropriation of Trade Secrets
2. Breach of Confidentiality Agreement
3. Tortious Interference with Contractual Relationships and Economic Advantage
4. Conspiracy.

The Court ordered the Plaintiffs to pay all of Defendant’s costs.
