ACQUITTAL IN SOLICITATION OF CHILD PROSTITUTION CASE IN ARAPAHOE COUNTY

Centennial, CO – Wadi Muhaisen and Mark Malone defended a client charged with four counts related to alleged solicitation of child prostitution in Arapahoe County. Client maintained his innocence and refused to accept a plea bargain, even though he faced what amounted to a life-sentence. After a 3-day trial, the jury acquitted M2’s client of all charges.
