Andrew Schoedel Obtains Full Dismissal for Parent

Denver – Andrew Schoedel’s client is a father who was accused of parenting a dependent, or neglected, daughter. The Department of Human Services obtained an emergency custody of the child, and a Dependency and Neglect case proceeded through the courts for several months. Andrew was able to return the child home early-on in the case; then obtain a full dismissal of the case with no admission by his client, and no conditions whatsoever.
