Attorney Amanda Becker Obtains Dismissal for Client after Challenging Police Contact

Amanda Becker drafted and filed a Motion to Suppress based on the police contacting client in public without cause. The District Attorney eventually dismissed the case against Muhaisen Law’s client. Client can now maintain his clean record and seal the case.
