Attorney Andrew Schoedel wins Attorney of the Year recognition
The Colorado Office of Respondent Parentsβ Counsel (ORPC) held its 4th Annual Conference in Steamboat Springs, CO from September 7-9, 2019. The ORPC provides effective legal advocacy for indigent parents in child welfare proceedings, and contracts the best Colorado attorneys to represent parents in Dependency and Neglect proceedings. Muhaisen Law Attorney Andrew Schoedel was awarded the New RPC Lawyer of the Year Award for his excellence in parental representation. The award is given to the best RPC that has been practicing three years or less. Though a “new” attorney, ORPC Director Melissa Thompson lauded him for his accomplishments on behalf of so many parent-clients, “If you have accomplished all this in just two and a half years, we can’t wait to see what you do in the future!”
