Muhaisen Law Attorneys’ Trial Verdict against Regional Transportation District

Denver – A Muhaisen Law client/plaintiff won her personal injury case against Regional Transportation District after a jury trial in Denver District Court. Attorneys Wadi Muhaisen & Mark Malone prepared the litigation and conducted the jury trial. The jury found for the plaintiff for $200,000.00 for actual damages and pain and suffering. RTD had previously made an offer that did not even cover plaintiff’s medical bills, but the jury rectified the situation.
