Wadi Muhaisen Obtains a Deferred Prosecution for Client in Assault Case

1/26/15 – Wadi’s client was charged with criminal charges including third degree assault.  Wadi investigated the matter then convinced the prosecutor to defer prosecution and eventually dismiss the case after a certain period of time.  Client did not have to plead guilty and will be eligible to petition the District Court to seal the case since it will be dismissed.
