Wadi Muhaisen Obtains Deferred Judgment for Client

Jan. 6, 2015 – After several weeks of investigation and discussions with prosecutors, Wadi negotiated a deferred judgment and sentence for a client accused of assault and domestic violence.  After 12 months, the client will be eliglble to petition the District Court to seal his arrest and criminal records, and his right to bear arms will be reinstated.
