Wadi Muhaisen’s Client Avoids Life Sentence
Wadi Muhaisen’s client was charged with felony-burglary which included DNA evidence. It was client’s 9th Felony, and he was facing habitual charges which would effectively result in a life sentence if he was convicted. Additionally, client was on parole at the time of the offense, which would increase any sentence.
Wadi was able to negotiate a range of 4-8 years, no habitual charges being filed, and at sentencing convinced the Court to sentence client to less than the 8 year negotiated maximum.
