Muhaisen Law Client’s Felony Reduced to Misdemeanor, then Probation Terminated Early
Denver – Client charged with felony Criminal Mischief. Charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. The prosecution filed to revoke the Client’s probation for alleged violations.
